The cafe was very cute inside and the desserts were good. The Halloween themed dessert was excellent. The service was extremely slow even though they were not busy, but we didnt mind too much as that gave us plenty of time to look around.

Flew from Australia in hopes we would eat here (obsessed with pompompurin and fat animals). Went inside, quarter full, it was dead. As we were waiting in the Air conditioned store and said hi to waiter at the counter, she told us to wait outside in the stinking heat of 34 deg c. She bluntly told us to ‘ wait outside, HERE’ ..no time when / just wait outside and we’ll ignore you. Waited 20 min then walked away because of this treatment. Food looked deserty and overpriced, and less of a selection of cuteness compared to Sanrio Puroland, so wasn’t disappointed. More cute dishes and ultra friendly staff there. Now reading the reviews I’m glad I didn’t get a seat lol
